Booking Conditions

Check in: From 2.00pm, late arrival is no problem.

Check out: 10:00 am

A valid VISA/MASTER credit card number and expiry date is required to confirm your booking.

Bookings will be charged to your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival.

Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival the charged will not be refunded.

Bookings for Christmas and New Year will be charged in full to your credit card in first week of December. Cancellation after payment received, there will be no refunded.

Quoting of your credit card on booking confirms your acceptance of the Gilgara Terms and Conditions.

Gilgara guests are requested not to invite outside persons onto the property. Gilgara is specifically designated for Gilgara guests only.

Gilgara is unable to accommodate babies and children under 12 years of age.
